BACKGROUND
Bang On is a premium content studio founded by Richard Truter, an internationally recognised award-winning commercials director and writer with over 25 years of experience delivering high-impact work for global brands and leading advertising agencies. After more than two decades operating in London, Richard is now based in Spain, positioning the company at the centre of production and international co-financing opportunities.

In 2021, Mark Bell joined Bang On to strengthen its commercial and operational foundation. A former finance trader and derivatives technology specialist with a 15-year track record, Mark brings expertise across legal structuring, financial management, acquisitions and deal execution. Operating between Singapore and Cape Town, he provides strategic oversight across the company’s international activities and growth strategy.

Bang On’s production capabilities are further enhanced by Warren Meltz, a highly regarded international film and TVC servicing producer. With an established reputation across global productions, Warren ensures efficient delivery, cost control and access to high-quality international crews, reinforcing Bang On’s position as a lean, scalable and cost-effective production partner.

Over the past three years, Bang On has undertaken extensive research into the SVOD market and evolving audience behaviours, with a strategic focus on millennial and Gen Z viewership. This has informed the development of a robust slate of female-led and diversity-driven scripted content aligned with current broadcaster and streamer demand. To date, Bang On has secured and developed over 30 hours of scripted programming, scheduled for production over the next five years across international streaming platforms.

These projects represent a clear growth trajectory for Bang On, combining proven creative leadership with disciplined financial and production frameworks. The company is positioned to deliver premium, commercially viable content while scaling efficiently through international partnerships, co-productions and distribution-led financing models.

The slate works on traditional film economics. But if one title breaks out, we retain the flexibility to expand the IP, extend rights, and explore new monetisation models. None of that is priced in today, it’s pure upside.

Investors receive prominent on-screen and commercial recognition commensurate with their level of participation, typically in the form of Executive Producer or Associate credits, alongside full inclusion in publicity, awards, and international sales materials without creative liability or operational burden.
