BACKGROUND
Bang On was founded by Richard Truter, an accomplished international Commercials Director and award-winning Writer with over 25 years of experience directing commercials for leading global brands and advertising agencies. Having spent more than two decades in London, Richard has now relocated to Spain to expand Bang On's presence across Europe.

In 2021, Mark Bell, a former finance trader and derivatives technology expert with a 15-year track record, joined the team. Based in both Singapore and Cape Town, Mark contributes his expertise in legality, financial management, and acquisitions to the organisation.
​
Adding to the team's strength is Warren Meltz, a highly regarded international film and TVC servicing producer. His formidable reputation enhances Bang On's capabilities, making it a dynamic, cost effective outfit.
Over the past 3 years Bang On has worked tirelessly at researching the SVOD market and future trends to create content that is appealing toward the millennial viewing market with female led and diversity roles. Bang On has secured & completed over 30 hrs of scripted content to be produced over the next 5 years via these streaming markets. These current future collaborations define the new path in which Richard is forging his powerful directing and dark imaginative writing skills.

Another Tomorrow feature film is a ready- to-go production and has been fully financed up to 50 %, with San Francisco based private equity company Eileses Capital.

Production partners include Picture Tree & international production servicing company BlueIce Productions (Kissing Booth 1,2 for Netflix) .

Stone Rider, Action Scifi will be Africa's first. It is an adaptation of the best seller book by the same name from writer Dave Hofmeyr. EP1 of the x8 part series is complete.

Unlocked & Locked, a dark x6 part drama series is script ready and is currently in review and in the research stage of development.

A Killer Is Born , a x6 part psychological thriller, purely African-born with an international cross-over cast & storyline. This series was also written by Richard.
Whistleblowers: x12 part dark investigative journalism drama series is EP1 complete.

The current slate of 12 projects are at different stages of development and production, each written with contemporary relevant themes with nuances that cater to the ever-evolving streamer viewer. These projects are researched and designed toward the millennial market of 18-35.
